Full NOAA forecastWhy people love it
Face Rock sunsets, cranberry-country flavor, excellent seafood, and easy access to wild beaches.
Local history and character
Coquille people have lived in this region for millennia. The town was named by an Irish settler after Bandon, Ireland, and rebuilt after a devastating 1936 fire fueled partly by invasive gorse.
Bandon’s Old Town and beach feel like two complementary destinations. One offers boats, seafood, shops, and local history; the other opens onto Face Rock and a maze of sea stacks that transform with every tide and sunset.
